No Sound with Razer Kraken Tournament Edition

Hello, I got a Razer Kraken Tournament Edition and the i'm having no Sound. I use Razer Synapse 3.4 and I changed my Settings like it says and now I'm not hearing a single sound. Razer Synapse is at 3.4.1112

    Was it working before and, is this an app-specific issue? For starters, check your Privacy Settings to make sure that the user login you're on has access to the device. If problems persist, don't hesitate to shoot me a PM so we can further isolate.
