no surround sound activation code after register via razer web

i registered my serial number at razer web in fact,i can pm the customer service for my product SN and account name. But have not yet received the surround sound activation code via email. can anyone help? thanks 🙂

    Hello there! Thanks for creating this post. What's the model of your headset? Please send me the email address that is connected to your Razer ID via PM and the serial number of your device so I can check its registration status.

    Is it the activation code was coming with the package instead of in an email? I did purchase razer headset and i got there is inside the box, a physical card just like spotify/google/joox gift card . Need to scratch to get the code visible.
