No update on rma for a week.

Has anyone else had problems with getting an rma resolved? I cut the cord on my headphones and sent a photo a week ago. So now I have a completely useless device and no resolution. I feel like I'm banging my head against a brick wall. Today I had an email to say my case is being closed and no matter what I do, email, Twitter, chat nothing seems to change. Are you just hoping I will give up?
