My case (removed) created on 28-Feb-2024 PST, and they are:
“Please be guided that we are still in communication with our team. Please allow me to process this validation and we will send our feedback via email. We will keep you posted once we got word from them.”
It has been 2 months and no solution! Worst Warranty ever!
I love Razer products… But 2 or more of warranty its just for selling stuff!
