A question for Support:
I have several Razer products that I won in a giveaway.
Do these products not come with a warranty?
When I enter the serial numbers on the https://www.razer.com/razercare/warranty website,
I receive this message:
We cannot locate your serial number in our database.
The serial number may have been entered incorrectly. Please check and try again.
If your product has already been replaced under warranty, please contact customer service for further assistance.

No warranty on giveaway products.
+1I think it’s only for checking if your Razer device is still eligible for extended (paid, additional) warranty plan (up to 15 days for the Elite plan and up to 11 months for the Essential plan).
Hmm, that might be the case. In that case, how do I check if the device is under warranty and for how long? And where do I handle the warranty claim if it was shipped to me directly from Singapore—from Razer headquarters?
