Hi,

I have this weird problem that my speakers keep shutting off for no reason! it's so frustrating. I searched for solutions everywhere but no luck so far.

Any help or suggestion would be appreciated.
Does the speaker appear in the Device Manager? Does it behave the same without Synapse in the background? For now, let's reinstall your device driver and Synapse by following the guide from this page. If the issue persists, please send me the serial number of your device and your Synapse logs. You can gather them by following this guide, upload the file on Google Drive, then send me the sharable link. I can use them to look for other possible solutions.
