Nommo Pro left speaker light not working.

Hi all, just bought a nommo pro, sound quality is really good the only problem I'm having is the left speaker rgb lights don't work. I've tried everything I'm sure I've missed something. would appreciate some advice. Cheers.

    Can you detect the speaker on Synapse? If that isn't the case, please perform a clean reinstallation of Synapse by following the steps on this page. Should the issue persists, PM me the serial number of your device. I can use it to verify its model and find a specific way to fix this. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
