Nommo pro wont even connect at all

I recently got home and when I tried to press the on button, nothing would happen. So I power cycled the speakers and was able to get them to turn on. But now theyre not connecting to my PC at all via USB and Via Bluetooth they are not being recognized.  Nothing seems to work, just out of nowhere this happens, and this is the second Nommo I had to buy, because the first one had the same Issue….. CAN YOU PLEASE HELP??
