Nommo V2 Pro Firmware over Bluetooth constantly failing

On the step where you must remove your batter and connect over BLE, I keep getting “Something went wrong during the update: Would you like to retry?”. What does this mean? Connectivity issues? Something blocking it?

The bluetooth it is connected to is on the motherboard as a MEG Z590 GODLIKE with updated bluetooth drivers. Very annoying process and I’m seeing a bunch of posts on reddit, but no answers. Afte trying multiple times, it will get 3-5% in very slowly and then stop with an error.

I don’t have another PC to do this on, and considering getting a 4.0+ dongle in case it is a connection issue.

I was able to get it to work by buying a 5.3 Bluetooth adapter, disabling the onboard bluetooth, then using the new adapter.

Feedback to Razer: It is quite unexpected that bluetooth is required to do firmware updates and yet there is no bluetooth adapter in the box or mention. Why this cannot be updated via the USB cable is beyond me.
