NOT ABLE TO REGISTER MY BASESTATION CHROMA V2

i have tried multiple times with to regsiter my product but its saying product number is invalid when i have tried all the possible combinations and everything ,so kindle help me in registering my product as i am not able to activate my 7.1 surround sound built in dac inside my basestation chroma v2.

reply asap i will post the serial number and product number to official support person only to help me with my activation
