Hey Guys,
I just bought a Razer Blade 14 2017 (RZ09-01953E72) from a friend and he requested to format Windows and make a fresh install. I used the Windows Reset option, removing everything and using "Cloud Downloading" option.
It worked well, then I started to download drivers from Razer Support website, making sure that firmware is up to date.... But when I plugged power supply again it doesn't work! The notebook identify the power supply, start charging but ~10 seconds later it stops... And this cycle keeps going, charging, stop charging, charging, stop....
Another important info: when I plug Batocera USB Drive (a linux distro for gaming, bootable from USB), notbook charges normally....
I would love to have some help, because my english isn't that good and my google search's didn't find anything helpful...
Thanks in advance!
UPDATE: I found that the best way to make a fresh install is using a Razer Blade System Recovery Image... I did the process, downloaded the image for my model, formated a usb stick, transfered files to the usb..... Then when I booted using usb stick;
System checking...........
System Recovery Failed. Please try again.(error=3)
The "Start Recovery" button doesn't work, just "Exit & Shutdown".
