hallo, I customized on my razor mouse left side click to enter and it is not functioning. Can you please help me whhat do I make wrong? Thank you very much.

    Did you already try to restart the Synapse app? You can also repair the application by following the steps here. If that didn't work, PM me the serial number of your device so I can validate its model and check for model-specific steps to help you with the issue.
