Not receiving a code in my email

Hey everyone! I'm new in terms of using the razer gold and silver. I'm trying to purchase something but cannot proceed due to the 2-step authentication. It says I need to unlock my account settings through my email razer is not sending any. I tried I clicked new code multiple times but there's still no email.



I logged in using my facebook account and it automatically used the email in my facebook account. I still know the email but it's not sending any codes. Is there any way to change my email? Also it shows multiple asterisk in my email like d*******@*****hoo.com, is that where the problem is?
