Number Keys between tilda and backspace are not functoning

I have tried all the fix from resetting the keyboard with esc and caps, removing drivers and software, updating windows and now I am at a lost. Keyboard worked fine when i left Friday and now this morning those numbers keys are there side functions like exclamation are not longer working. I also tried a key checker to see if any input was registered and it was not. I hate to think that just those  12 keys are dead. I saw two other similar post but no answers in the comments. Any thoughts folks? keyboard is an Ornata v2
