Nvidia Control Panel missing... razer blade 14 (2016) Geforce gtx 1060

Hello Friends, I have been facing few issues with my razer blade 14 (2016) here... When right click it takes for ever to load.... and I certainly cant find nvidia control panel... Also cant update my laptop to windows 11 as it says my i7 7700 HQ CPU. 2.80 GHz... is not compatible. Please help me. I have tried few things, infact cant even instal geforce drivers now... please help :slightly_sad: I am not good in using laptop and my know how is basic. please elaborate with solution if we have any. I have recently replaced internal battery and did a factory reset on my laptop.
