NVIDIA geforce experience cannot record sound when using thundersnake 7.1 surround sound

NVIDIA geforce experience can't record sound when using thunderobot 7.1 surround sound, but I can record when I uninstall the 7.1 virtual sound card. I hope to solve this problem
