OBS issues with Ripsaw

Recently got a Ripsaw and the output to the monitor looks great. In OBS it looks like the attached image. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

    Do you have anything else plugged into the USB hub with it? also is it in a USB3.0

    It's not plugged into a hub, and it's in USB 3.0. It works with a HP Pavilion 25f, but immediately stops working with a HP Pavilion 27q.
