I have bought the razer deathadder V2 x Hyperspeed , but the onboard memory profiles are not working. It works till the synapse app is running, as soon as I close it the keys return to default settings

Did you drag the profile to whichever profile color you want once the “ON-BOARD MEMORY” section is open as illustrated at the bottom of this page? If yes, can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable workarounds that might address the profile issue?
