One of my hammerhead true wireless earbuds keeps turning off

Just recently my right earbud will randomly turn itself off. If I have both earbuds on and it's playing music it will disconnect both for a second and only reconnect the left earbud. Which I than have to turn on the right earbud again. The frequency of this happening is constant. Sometimes it takes half an hour sometimes less than 10 seconds after turning it back on. I have tried re-pairing the earbuds to each other and the phone multiple times. Making sure they are fully charged. I don't know why it is only the right earbud. I'm at a loss of what to do now.

    Are you connecting them on a PC or mobile phone? Have you updated its firmware? Let's isolate the behavior first by performing the steps from this link. If it's not helping, send me the serial number of your device via PM. I can use it to verify the model and look into better solutions.
