One of my Key is red | Razer Insider

Hello randomly one of my key (E) has turned red. it spams other letters or even the 2 sometimes, or doesnt repond. Ive cleared all macro, updated firmware, reseted the keybord to factory. Still doesnt work. cannot game anymore or type because it randomly puts or stops working (only on E-S-D) but only E is red-faded. I have tried everything, cleaned the whole keybord, installed it on an other pc does the same thing. Even when im not touching the keyboard it presses (sometime) a random key by itself (windows, F’s). Mostly what it does its a double key like : ee3sd with 1 keystroke. (the E). It started today Randomly when i restarted my pc before it was working fine.

Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also try reinstalling your keyboard’s drivers by following the steps below:

 

1. Press Windows + S on your device to open the Search bar.
2. Type in “Device Manager” and hit Enter.
3. Go to "Keyboards" or "Human Interface Device".
4. Right-click on the Razer keyboard and select Uninstall device.
5. Restart your computer to completely uninstall the drivers.

The drivers will automatically reinstall after your computer restarts. If that didn’t do the trick, then send me a PM along with its serial number so I can check for other workarounds.
