I am not receiving the pass code to proceed to make the transaction, sometimes i made it through to the transaction confirming page, but i can't confirm it because it also needs a one time pass code to confirm which i don't get. Honestly i am reporting this issue of mine, but i am not getting any guidance about how to proceed with this problem nonetheless.

The best way i think to contact razer coustmer service there you will get more help. They will have a account histrory and every info about orders.
