One USB port on Stealth stopped working

First time posting here since this is the first issues I've had with my Blade Stealth. My one USB port on the right side of my Stealth suddenly stopped working. The other USB port on the left side is working perfectly. I updated all drives and it didn't fix the issue. I uninstalled the USB root hub and reinstalled and it still isn't working. Then uninstalled the host controller and had the computer scan for changes still the right USB does not work or recognize anything put into the port. Windows 11 is all current with no additional updates available. Any other suggestions to fix this issue?? Thanks Pib

Please follow the steps in this guide to isolate the issue and perform the appropriate fix.
