I recently purchased the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Earbuds and upon pairing them with my phone only one of them was working/paired. I used this support page to try and fix it, but none of the "workarounds" actually worked:

Does the behavior happen while pairing the earbuds into another device? Ensure that the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless is fully charged (1.5 hours, may vary depending on usage).
