Optimal settings for Performance

I did a search but couldn't find anything regarding what's the best settings for a Razer Blade 15 Base - 4K OLED (early 2020) with a 2070 Max-Q GPU when utilizing for windows operations such as email, browsing, VMs, etc and best settings when playing the new Call of Duty Black Ops? I know its a broad question but looking to tinker with GPU Nvidia settings to maximize performance in all areas as well as the i7-10750H CPU, thunderbolt, graphics settings (have 4k OLED at 60 FPS), etc. Also have installed a Samsung Evo Plus 512 GB SSD on top of the existing samsung (attached).
