orb weaver thumb button replacements
the top most thumb button doesn't work right, it either doesn't register a click or it registers a dozen at once, anyway to take it apart to clean or replace it

Do you get the same results even without Synapse running in the background? Do note that this kind of issue usually steps from the switches themselves. You can refer to this link on how to clean it. Send me the serial number of your Razer Orbweaver if the problem persists as we may need to submit a warranty claim.
