ORBWEAVER CHROMA not detected due databus error

I bought 2 1/2 years ago the ORBWEAVER CHROMA for 120€ with the Ornata keybord. Worked always fine. Till i bought the Jabra Pro 935 MS certified headset. these 2 can not work together because the orbwearer gets a databus error. example; in the device manager (win10) under Hunan interface device section you should see 2 entries "Razer Orbweaver" which it doesnt only one shows up thats why the device works but cant be seen in synapse 2 so you cant configure it. when i switch dwap the orbweaver thru different usb sometimes synapse sees it and it can be configured but then my headset doesnt work any more. The headset gets reconnected every 3 seconds or so. This problem i have also with my waterpump but at that time i didnt realize it was because of the orbweaver. so i think it is a driver problem with the orb weaver which i really would like to be fixed. but probaly never will because you didnt even create a driver that is synapse 3 compatible. I am slowly replacing everything from razer to another brand. i am really sick of this lazy and bad programming. but also mad at my self that i bought so many things from razer. i have ofc more then only 2 devices from razer, in total i have 6 chroma devices, which 50% runs on synapse 2 and 3
