orbweaver chroma not working

So my orbweaver is not syncing up with the software and is stuck in a default setting, I tried uninstalling it and synapse 2.0 is updated to the latest version. The software recognizes the orbweaver and I can edit the keys and change the color in the software but it does not translate to my physical keypad and I don't know what to do or how to fix it, I've only had it for about 2 years.

    I highly recommend following this guide on how to perform a clean installation of Synapse before anything else. After doing so, try to log in using a new Razer ID. PM me if the problem persists.
