Orbweaver keys won't program

Hi,

I successfully programmed some of the keys on my Orbweaver. I am now trying to program a few more and failing. I get to the key, select "Keyboard Function" and hit "Shift 1" as an example for key 16. It appears to work. Then, when I hit save it goes back to something useless, "Left Control+Left Shift+....."

I'm on a Mac with the latest software. I have erased and reinstalled everything.
