Orbweaver Losing Profile Settings

I've seen a lot of posts about losing profiles. I only have one profile and it's always in Synapse. My problem is that the Orbweaver will revert to the default. I can fix it by bringing up Synapse, clicking on any button, and clicking ok. Sometimes just bring up Synapse will fix it. The settings go away if I'm not playing the game I use it for (World of Warcraft). It even sometimes reverts when I switch characters. As mentioned, it's easy enough to fit. It just an irritation. I'm using on a Mac with version 10.14.4 of the OS. Synapse is version 1.8.5.

I wish we would get an upgrade to newer Synapse. This old one is a mess. What happened to good driver programming ? We don't need them to look cool, we need them to work.

Agree x1000. Need Synapse v.3 compatibility. We didn't buy a supposedly superior product (more $$$) for inferior software support (like how the Tartarus v.2 works fine with Synapse v.3).
