Orbweaver not taking keybinds

I recently got an orbweaver a month ago and it was working fine accepting keybinds from synapse software, and until recently around 3 days ago, it no longer will accept new keybinds, I have uninstalled and reinstalled razer synapse and it has done nothing, I have also deleted the drivers for the orbweaver and uninstalled and reinstalled, and still nothing, is there anything else that I havent tried that may work?
