Order declined?


This is my first time to buy a Razer laptop, but it is really confusing that my order was declined.
I tried to send email to (cs@store.razerzone.com) while no answers, and I called the phone +1800726617 also no real-man respond.
The problem is I had transfer near $4,000 to Razer and no item or service I can ever get.
Hope anyone can help me, as I really like to join the Razer community.
