I recently bought a keyboard, and it is not quite what I expected. I’m trying to return it, but I get the following message:
We don’t seem to recognize the order number and email. Please double check or contact us.
This sends me into a never-ending return loop that brings me back to the start return page, etc. I would like to return the keyboard I have and order one that is more to my needs.
