My order of over $4000 was cancelled for some unknown reason with no email and the order status is still sitting at "Received". It took about 30 minutes of waiting for chat support for them to tell me that the order was cancelled. Even then they had no idea why. Is this a normal thing?
I have completely lost confidence in their ability to deliver a reliable product. It's disappointing because the laptop looked exactly like what I want and now I'm forced to go with something else.
