Order Status not Showing up in Order History

So recently I ordered the Razer Huntsman elite and Firefly V.2. Its been a couple of days since I've order it and just yesterday night, I checked my order status and there's just an error saying "We are experiencing technical difficulties to display one of your orders (order number here). For assistance, please contact customer support." I don't know if its still being delivered or they're holding for some reason but i just want to know if its still being delivered and if not do I have to do something to get it to me. If someone has had the same problem before, please tell me what the outcome was for you!

did you ever end up receiving your item? If so please let me know because I just put an order in and I got the confirmation email however nothing is showing up on my recent orders and when I try to track the item it says razer servers are under maintenance
