Ordered a Razer 15 with a German Keyboard Layout by mistake... How to change it?

So... first time I bought a computer outside my own country and I happened to do it the newbie way it seems :) How would you guys fix it? I would like at least to swap the Z and Y characters, but I am not sure if it is safe to try to do it myself. I would also be interested in changing my number keys to a Nordic/English layout as an alternative.
