Recently I cleaned my Ornata Chroma and realized that my left shift key sometimes does not work. It works well when I press on the left side of it but not on the right. Stabilizer is still in place and I don't see anything wrong, although I don't know much about this stuff.

    When cleaning your keyboard, did you follow the guidelines from this link? Have you tried connecting it to different USB ports and check if it behaves the same? Follow the steps provided by this page and let me know if it helps by sending me a PM with your device's serial number.
