Ornata Chroma issues

I have the Ornata Chroma keyboard, it has been great up until today. I have to hard press and hold the keys to get them to respond when preforming any action whatsoever. I have uninstalled and reinstalled drivers as well as Razor synapse. Makes typing impossible most less gaming.

From your description of the issue, this is highly likely a hardware issue. Please send me a PM with the serial number of your keyboard so I can verify the warranty status. I'll take it from there.
