Ornata chroma - row of keys from 1 to « stopped working

the row of keys on top for the numbers and also the ? and » keys do not work, not even using shif key. Strangely \\ key (the one more on the left) still works. Tried it on 2 other computers and it's the same. Light working, just not getting any response from them.

Hey there! Thanks for posting your keyboard's concern here. Have you tried resetting the keyboard via Razer Synapse 3.0 settings? Should the issue persists, please follow the steps on this link and see if it helps.

I see. As I mentioned on this thread, when and where did you buy the keyboard? Also, what region/country are you from?
