Ornata Chroma V2 keys not working

Hello everyone, I recently bought a French-layout Ornata Chroma V2. However I just noticed that the Arrow Down key, as well as the 1,2,3 and 7,8,9 numpad keys are not responsive at all. How can I fix this?

    Is Synapse running in the background when the issue started? Were there any changes applied to your system/device? Try isolating the behavior by performing the steps from this link. If that doesn't help, please send me the serial number of your keyboard via PM. I can use it to verify its model and look into possible solutions.
