Hello, Chroma Visualizer doesn't control the backlighting of the multimedia keys. If Visualizer is turned off, the backlight turns on. Any ideas?

Are you referring to the Razer Chroma Studio or the Chroma Visualizer? Please send me a video showing the behavior.
