I’ve had my Razer Ornata V2 keyboard for a while and has worked no problem in the past with Razer Synapse 3. Now that we on are on Synapse 4, The volume wheel now acts as a mouse scroll wheel? The multia media functions like play/pause next and back track buttons just don’t do anything? These features only work when I fully close out of the Razer apps but then I won’t have my Chroma RGB which I would prefer to have ofc. I’ve tried macroing the functions already in synapse. As well as repairing/uninstall/reinstall Razer Synapse as well as attempting to Install Synapse 3 which will download but never open for some reason. I’ve read about other users having similar issues with their Razer keyboards with Synapse 4. Is there a fix to this?

I’m in the exact same boat! Plz lmk if you have a fix, it’s frustrating that it isn’t supported and you can’t run synapse 3 & 4 on the same machine.
I’m also having the same issue with my Mamba elite, any help would be much appreciated.

Can you send me a PM with the your Synapse logs which will help our team in their investigation? You can upload them to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it. Please also include the serial number of your keyboard so I can verify it in our system and note it in your case.
