I am not sure what’s going on as this just started about a week ago, no issue before. I have Ornata v3 keyboard, synapse version 4.0.86.2505070637, windows 11. Mute button will light up red when I play any kind of audio, but pc sound is not muted. If I press it twice it goes out, but automatically comes back on in with audio playing. If no audio is playing, it will stay off after I press it twice. I have uninstalled synapse and reinstalled, same issue. Disabling the button in synapse don’t stop it from turning red either, just stops me from pressing it twice to turn it off. Why is it showing red indicating sound is muted, when sound is not muted? Why is it doing it on it’s own? Why does it still turn red if disabled?

same here. As soon as I deactivate synapse, the problem is also gone, as this is frequently asked by support.
