My Mouse Orochi stopped working, when I turn it on, it just keeps rising slowly and nothing works. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers, installing Razer Synapse, I've tried it on other computers and nothing works, not even Bluetooth. The support also does not respond to me via email nor can I find the chat.
