As the title says my razer oroch v2 dongle keeps disconnecting and reonnecting. The mouse does not work in the 2.4 wireless mode but works in bluetooth mode. I tried replacing batteries, updating firmware both usb and dongle, reinstalling razer synpase, tried safemode and multiple laptops.

You mean disconnect/connect device in windows? Or it’s loosing signal (dongle visible in device manager, but mouse won’t move etc)?

No its not loosing signal but rather is connecting and disconnecting in windows. Like the USB connect/disconnect sound plays again and again in windows.
Also, I have another question. If I get the dongle for Deathadder v2X will it work with orochi v2? If I update the firmware etc.
I have the same problem, but my Bluetooth doesn't work, nothing works. My mouse just keeps going up slowly.
