Orochi V2 keeps disconnecting


Ive had my Orochi V2 Razor mouse for almost a year now. I use this mouse only with my Mac lap top and no other computer. It’s been fine until a couple of days ago when it would just keep on disconnecting every few minutes even when I am using it. I’ve already tried changing the batteries, so I know its not that.

* I connected it using bluetooth

I have the same problem. My mouse works with my MSI laptop and nothing else. It will connect right away and then wont work. It shows up as connected in my settings but wont allow me to do anything through USB or Bluetooth. Still no solutions or replies to this?

Thanks for alerting us about this. Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. You can then reinstall its drivers and update the firmware. If that didn’t work out, then send me a PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can check for other workarounds.
