Osu not working with Cortex | Razer Insider

I have the same problem that "/osu-not-supporting-the-cortex.67441/" had. The difference is that it the boosting had been working for more than 5 or 6 or 7 months, and the other day it just stopped working with it.



I originally tried re-installing cortex and added the game manually as the thread talks about, so I went through the process of deleting it from the library. But when I try to "re-scan" for the game, nothing happens and it shows the loading circle but doesn't load anything and goes back to normal.



The only thing I can think of to take note is that I have Osu! in the "Documents" folder on my laptop, named: "osu!2" (due to reasons before looking through the threads).



Is there anything I can do to get Osu! working with Cortex?

Thank you very much for sharing your screenshot. It helps us a lot. After checking the image you shared with us, we assume that this issue occurred maybe because the installation path of this game is customized.



Could you please try to uninstall this game and reinstall it from the game's official website? The default installation path of it would be C:\\Users\\michelle.chang\\AppData\\Local\\osu!\\osu!.exe. Please keep the part marked as red and do not change it. If you need to customize it, just change this part: C:\\Users\\michelle.chang\\.



After reinstallation, please launch this game directly with Razer Cortex processing in the background and see whether it is added to MY LIBRARY automatically.



Since this game is pretty different from other games, you may fail to add it even by using the above method. Our engineering team is trying to find a resolution to fix this issue. Please give us more time.

Sorry, the first problem is fixed, but I also have another problem that stopped working where it would run about 2x faster with the boost on. Now even with the boost on, Osu! runs as if cortex doesn't exist. Is there anything that can be helped with that? No screenshot I could think of could be useful.
