Overscratched Activation Code for 7.1 Surround Sound

Hi, i bought a Razer Blackshark V2 X not too long ago and it came with the 7.1 serial code. Unfortunately, i scratched too much off the code that it started peeling and becoming unreadable. Is there anything i can do to get another code for my product?

I have the same product and I experienced the same issue. I believe the activation card is faulty.
