Overscratched Activation Code for 7.1 Surround Sound

Hey Razer Support, I just got my Razer Kraken X Wired Headset in the mail today. Started to scratch off the code for the 7.1 surround sound feature, and I think two or so digits got scratched off in the process. I've seen other people come on here to resolve this issue. Could we get a code generation ticket submitted? I can pull up serial and phone number, order confirmation, etc. Here I attached my damaged code, you can see I tried writing over the scratched-off areas to salvage the digits.
