page fault in non paged area


So to begin I've required a razer blade 15 laptop that I really wanted. I have heard such good things about it and have been saving money aside to by one. I required it in march of 2019 and still have the warranty. It is a good laptop in all tense and purposes, but for about a month I keep getting blue screen with the problem being page fault in non paged area. I've been to geek squad multiple times even allowed them to keep it over night to run tests. They said that they had zero crashes and even replaced a part in the laptop I think it was the internet adapter or something of that sorts. But the problem still persisted I tried to fix it myself, but with no avail. Next I called support told me that I needed to update win something. But again after that call it didn't work I still get crashes when I'm streaming or gaming or even when I first begin to start up the laptop. I'm officially out of options I literally tried everything in my mind. If anyone has any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated.

This error message is a bit vague as it refers to anything system file corruption to hardware failure. Can you tell us what apps usually trigger this? Better yet, can you send over your System and Applications logs to me via PM so I can check them out myself?

It usually when it happens when I am gaming or streaming like Netflix or YouTube. But in some instances it happens without any action being taken which I don't understand. But it is mainly through the gaming/streaming

It could be anything, really. PM me the system and application logs from the Event Viewer along with your case number. Help me help you.
