I understand that your Razer Hammerhead True Wireless is not turning on despite being fully charged. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

1. Make sure the earbuds are properly seated in the charging case and that the charging contacts are clean and free from debris.
2. Properly charge the earbuds by placing them in the charging case and closing the lid. Assuming the charging case has battery left, it will be charging up the earbuds. Then, connect the charging case to a USB port using the included USB-C charging cable and a power source. This will charge both the earbuds and the charging case.
3. Try to turn on the device. Place the earbuds into the charging case and close the lid. Wait for at least three seconds and open the charging case lid to power up the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless earbuds. The earbuds will now be in Bluetooth pairing mode.
4. If the problem persists, try resetting the earbuds by placing them back in the charging case and holding the button on the case for 15 seconds. Then, remove the earbuds and try turning them on again.
